Join us for a serene and cosy morning, with the gentle flicker of candlelight and experience the power of breathwork and mindfulness. We will meet for 2 hours and 30 minutes beginning with a mindfulness practice, meditation and followed by journeying into a guided conscious connected breathwork session. We will finish the session with some time to integrate, chat and enjoy some cake. There will be grounding music, oracle cards, candlelight, essential oils and plenty of space to be with what arises. Together we will co-create a sacred space to go inwards, reflect and restore, ahead of the busyness of the festive season.
